Experienced students. Includes advanced physical practice, breathing and meditation.

Stretching

Relieve back issues and tightness through wall supported floor exercises.

Restorative

All levels. Stress release, awakening healing and rejuvenating potential of the body.

Strength & Balance

Series of standing and floor exercises focused on legs and core strength with special attention to balance and coordination to enhance stability.
